Our History
Born from a simple truth: too many firms pay for Salesforce but never see growth—because they’re stuck in spreadsheets or wrestling with a broken setup. CrestOps was founded in 2025 in New Jersey by Parth Patel (Salesforce Admin, Developer, and PM) and Heema Patel (Client Success) to address this issue. Our primary focus is on law firms, providing clear packages for our law firm CRM, with or without AI, and we deliver outcomes in just 30–60 days.
How we started: after years inside Salesforce projects, we noticed partners and ops teams overwhelmed by manual work, unreliable reports, and low adoption. We established CrestOps to transform Salesforce into the growth engine it’s meant to be—offering data migration services, clean data, automated intake, and trustworthy dashboards.
Our first wins: we assisted a small law firm with their data migration services, moving them from Excel to Salesforce—setting up Clients, Matters, Contacts, and a streamlined Intake form—and delivered live partner dashboards in about 45 days. This resulted in less admin work, fewer misses, and real confidence in their pipeline, showcasing the effectiveness of our Salesforce implementation.

Focus: Law firm CRM (Clients, Matters, Intake), intake automation, reliable reporting, and adoption. Experience: 3+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem (Admin, Project Manager, and Developer roles).
