CrestOps LLC (“CrestOps,” “we,” “us”) operates this website. This policy describes what information we collect through it and how we use it.
We collect information you choose to give us: your name, email address, and anything you include when you book a call through the scheduling form or email us directly. We do not collect payment information through this site.
Call booking is handled by Calendly. When you book, the information you enter is processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy (calendly.com/privacy). We receive the details you submit so we can hold the call.
We use your information to respond to you, schedule and hold calls, and carry out any engagement you hire us for. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers named above or where the law requires.
We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to work with you. You can ask us to delete what we hold about you at any time by emailing ppatel@crestops.com.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
